AMIDST BABY BOOMER - MILLENIAL FEUD, GEN Xer FEELS LEFT OUT.

By Benji Elkins:

Tensions are higher than ever as America sees itself split between two generations: the Baby Boomers and Millennials. It seems that since the beginning of time, those born between the years of 1946 - 1964 have always been chastising those born between 1981 and 1996, and conversely, those born between 1981 and 1996 have been enraged at those born from 1946 - 1964. As the two generations argue as to who is destroying the country more, it seems as though Generation X feels left out. “I feel like people forgot we even exist.” said Gen Xer Tom Rodel, “We used to be big 5-10 years ago when everyone was into the 80s but now all we hear is millenial this, baby boomer that. Can’t someone accuse me of ruining the country at least once?” Other Generations such as Gen Z do not seem to share the concerns Rodel has, stating that Momo is their main priority at the moment.
